Hello to my friends who are still here on this Locals page after all of this time dormant! I have some really good news. I am COMING BACK.

We already have the UncoverDC locals for all things journalism and podcast, so it didn't make sense for me to do that in two places. That leaves this page for ALL THINGS ME.

I have been contemplating this for a while, and it may not be everyone's cup of tea - but here is what this Locals page will be moving forward, and it will likely morph and change as time goes on. I WILL NOT BE UPSET if you leave! You can always move your support to the UncoverDC Locals page. But, if it is choiceless for you to stay and take the journey, fantastic!

ON THIS PAGE:

1. We will talk about spirituality, consciousness, and spiritual practice, including prayer, meditation, and how to shift your awareness and perspective to also shift your day (and life) in a more positive direction. I have been on quite the quest and study over the past several years, and this is a part of me I don't often get to share as we are bogged down in the negative most of the time. I needed something to bring my heart into the space where I could still move about my day with joy - and I think it only right I share some of what I have learned with you.

2. We will talk about DIET. Many of you may (or may not) know that I have been a strict Carnivore along with my husband for a bit over a year now. The benefits and amazing transformational effects of this lifestyle have had PROFOUND impacts on the lives of me and my husband. I want to share THAT with you as well and be here for you as a resource if you should need one! Community always helps when you embark on a new journey, and I hope this can be one for all of us. I have successfully "coached" several of you who privately reached out to me, and I would like to do that in a more dedicated way here. Here I can really get into tips, tricks, and details without worrying whether or not I am bothering a good bulk of folks. If you are here, likely you are interested.

3. LIFESTYLE: This means movies, books, MUSIC, TV Shows that aren't consumed by DEI, whatever. So many people are starting book clubs now, and while I am a more audiobook kind of person, it is SUPER awesome to enrich your life with reading and good culture. Let's do it together.

We will do live streams now and again, I will likely post more videos here. Maybe one day its quantum physics. Maybe another we go metaphysical. Maybe the next day it's just a blog discussing the steps I take to start my day. Who knows?

What I do know is that I have been called to do this for a LONG TIME NOW, and I have pushed it aside over and over. What I have learned from that is that EVERYTHING becomes harder when you do not include something that brings you absolute joy in your day - so that is what I aim to do here - and I hope that joy will trickle to you and YOU TOO can start incorporating more things that bring you joy into YOUR life.
